Firstly: Hilton San Francisco? USD 14 A DAY FOR INTERNET ACCESS?!? Practically every 2-3 star hotel in the area offers Wi-Fi net access for free, if only in their lobby. Trying to squeeze your customers for something that’s rapidly becoming a basic need when it’s offered at a number of places just one block from your hotel just inconveniences them and makes them irritable. Jeez....

If your work requires you to gather survey data over the web give this a shot. Data gets shunted right into your spreadsheet immediately. (though I had some trouble submitting the form directly from e-mail, which might be irritating from users. Keep an eye on it though.)
